Doctor of Medicine | Geriatrics Location: Mishawaka, IN Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking an experienced Medical Director specializing in Geriatric Medicine for a full-time, permanent leadership role within a comprehensive care program serving the frail and elderly population. This position provides both clinical and administrative leadership , overseeing medical services, quality initiatives, and interdisciplinary care delivery while ensuring optimal outcomes for program participants. Key Highlights: Full-time, day shift only No weekends, no call Leadership role with direct oversight of physicians and APPs Collaborative interdisciplinary care model Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and participant-centered care Opportunity to shape clinical standards, policies, and quality initiatives Some local travel required Requirements Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Required) Board Certified or Fellowship-trained in Geriatric Medicine or CAQ in Geriatrics (Preferred / must be completed by start date) Active Indiana medical license or willingness to obtain Minimum 1 year experience working with frail or elderly populations Prior supervisory or leadership experience Clean malpractice history Active DEA and CDS (by start date) BLS certification (by start date) NPDB Self-Query report within the last 30 days Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Benefits Salary range: $231,000 – $280,000 , based on experience Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Generous paid time off 403(b) retirement plan CME allowance and professional dues covered Malpractice insurance provided Tuition reimbursement Long-term career growth in a mission-driven, leadership-focused environment
