Years of Experience: 2 year(s) Note: ONC or ONS required, will
accept one or the other. ONS can be pending, ONC must be in hand
Patient Ratio Experience: 1:4-6 Charting System: Preferred , Epic
marked with * are preferred ACLS*, BLS, NIHSS*, OCN*, ONC or ONS
