Job Description Job Description Position Details Provide person-centered treatment that supports recovery and wellness for individuals experiencing substance use and/or mental health concerns. Responsibilities include conducting screenings and assessments with evidence-based tools and providing individual, family, and group therapy to help clients achieve their identified goals. Services are delivered both in-office and in the community.
