Onsite Breast Imager Locum Tenens Michigan Start Date: August 2026 (or as soon as credentialed) Contract Length: 3 months (flexible) Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Location: Michigan (local candidates preferred; travel considered) Position Overview We re seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Onsite Breast Imager to provide full-time coverage at a leading breast imaging center in Michigan. While full-time availability is preferred, we welcome candidates who can commit to consistent blocks of coverage each month. Responsibilities Interpret digital mammography, breast MRI, tomosynthesis, and breast ultrasound Perform stereotactic, ultrasound-guided, and MRI-guided biopsies Participate in tumor boards and collaborate with breast surgeons and oncologists Deliver high-quality care across all aspects of breast imaging and procedures Requirements Board Certified by ABR or AOBR Completion of a breast imaging fellowship or equivalent experience Proficiency in all breast imaging modalities and procedures (REQUIRED) Active Michigan medical license or IMLC eligibility DEA registration Credentialing timeline: days This is an exceptional opportunity for breast imaging specialists who thrive in collaborative, patient-centered environments.
