Pediatrician Opening - Kalamazoo, MI Full-Time Outpatient Hospital-EmployedOverview: Kalamazoo, Michigan is seeking a full-time BC/BE Pediatrician to join a well-established and collaborative outpatient pediatric practice within a respected, physician-led health system.Position Highlights: • Join a strong, multidisciplinary team: - 11 Pediatricians - 6 Advanced Practice Providers - 1 Pediatric Psychologist • Outpatient-only position • Schedule: - Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. - Saturday rotation: 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. • Limited call shared among group providers • Hospital-employed with strong administrative and clinical support • Work in a patient-centered, collaborative environmentQualifications: • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Pediatrics • Unrestricted or pending Michigan medical license • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Commitment to compassionate, high-quality pediatric care
