Job Description:
Job Description Locums - Ophthalmologist-Peds - Inpatient -
Grand Rapids, MI Why This Role? - Unique opportunity to support
neonatal care in a Level III NICU - Flexible mix of in-person and
remote ROP evaluations - Collaborative NICU team with onsite
imaging and support staff Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Duration: Ongoing, dates vary Coverage Type: Inpatient only, NICU
Schedule: 1 in-person visit per week remote review of imaging
Clinical Details: - 3-5 neonates per week for ROP screening - 100%
neonatal patient population - On-site imaging performed by NNP;
neonatologist support available - Practice setting: Level III NICU
only - EMR: Epic Requirements: - Board Certified or Board Eligible
in Ophthalmology - Active MI license or IMLC - Experience with
neonatal ophthalmology, including ROP evaluations Skills Needed: -
Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP) exams - Interpretation of
ophthalmic imaging - Comfort with both in-person and remote care
delivery
