Job Description:

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Service Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize AI/ML to optimize performance and enable automated treatments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a robust internet experience
Drive the long-term vision and roadmap for the service platform

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent
8 years of Product Management and/or Product Design experience
Experience in leveraging AI/ML for data science and automation
Experience partnering with Field Service, Network Operations, or Customer Support teams
Experience working with customers to improve operations and experience
