Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Production Manager for their
manufacturing facility located near South Bend,
IN.Responsibilities:Interpret and enforce all safety policies and
practices to employeesInterpret data to continuously improve
productivityUnderstand and communicate customer needs to employees
to make sure expectations are metCommunicate with Supervisor and
Operators to make sure knowledge is communicated from shift to
shiftIdentify equipment, ingredients and packaging issuesCoordinate
with other departments to help solve issuesMaintain area in
ordinance with all sanitation regulationsProvide coaching and
counseling, conflict resolution, training programs for
employeesEnsure areas are in compliance with company safety and
hygiene requirementsRequirements:Bachelor s degree preferred, but
not required5+ years manufacturing experience2+ years management
experienceFood/beverage manufacturing experience requiredLean
manufacturing experience strongly preferred
