helping our customers succeed. We are seeking a driven and
proactive Account Manager to join our team. This role reports to
our Account Management Team Lead for North America. You will own a
book of Oktopost customers and be responsible for building long
term value based relationships which lead to commercial revenue
expansion and long term partnerships. This role combines sales
expertise with a deep understanding of how to foster trusted
long-term relationships and drive account growth. What you'll do
Responsible for all post-sale activities as part of the customers’
journey, including initial onboarding, social strategy, and QBRs.
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance
retention and loyalty. Lead the expansion and renewal processes for
a diverse portfolio of customers. Collaborate with Solutions
Managers to address clients' technical requests and ensure they
receive maximum value from our platform. Analyze client needs and
identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional
features and services. Develop and maintain accurate forecasting
and reporting. Follow and continually execute the Oktopost process
for account managers. What we're looking for 2-6 years of B2B
experience in Account Management or a similar client-facing or
selling roles. Proven sales experience with a track record of
meeting or exceeding quotas. Exceptional presentation, verbal, and
written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the
ability to thrive under pressure. Familiarity with Salesforce is a
plus. Experience working in a SaaS environment is beneficial.
Knowledge of the digital marketing and social media world is
